I have been training in Filipino Martial Arts for years. I still learned something from this. Highly recommend.

I found the course to be of good quality, targeted at beginners - each movement was cleary demonstrated, the lessons moved along at a lively pace, there was very little waffle as the instructor was straight to the point, overall I'm happy with the course

This is such a great course. It has helped me with flexibility and getting my blood moving. While the topic is important and serious, the instructor is hilarious and fun, making the topic easy to approach. I recommend this course. Two suggestions: 1. Reduce the sound of the intro (with the logo) by 50 to 90%. The sound doesn't add anything to the course, and always seems to surprise me 2. Increase the nice slow demonstrations, even if that reduces the time for the really fast demonstrations. I like that each video is so short, and as a beginner the really fast demonstrations at the end of each video are of limited value. That being said, this is a great course. Each video is short, but I realize I could spend the rest of my life practicing each. I'm hoping the instructor comes out with more courses: maybe one could be with two sticks, and another course could be using every day objects (pens, umbrellas). Something to consider. Great job on this course.
